Andrew Miller, CPA brings an impressive background in both accounting and finance to Addimmune. Andrew oversees all financial aspects and directs overall financial strategy plans including preparing quarterly financial statements and related footnotes; ensuring compliance with GAAP and internal accounting policies and procedures; managing financial due diligence processes for potential M&A activity; administering equity and debt raises; preparing financial materials and board presentations; overseeing external auditors; developing and maintaining the corporate multi-year financial forecast model to assess long-term projections; maintaining compliance with all external laws and regulations, as well as internal policies and guidelines; and much more.

Prior to joining Addimmune, Andrew was Controller for Defenders of Wildlife (Washington, D.C.); Accounting Director at the American Society for Engineering Education (Washington, D.C.); and an Investment Advisor Representative with Raymond James Financial Services, Inc. (Rockville, Maryland).

Andrew earned a bachelor of science degree in business administration with a concentration in finance from Towson University in Maryland. He is currently a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and was previously registered with Raymond James Financial Services, Inc. (member FINRA/SIPC) as a General Securities Registered Representative (Series 7).
